We want your home to glow with holiday cheer, so if you are not completely satisfied with your festive decor, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that seasonal items must be returned before December 25th to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack with Care
Carefully place the items back into their original Christmas World boxes, ensuring fragile ornaments and lights are securely padded.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
